Season Goes from September 6th - October 27th

Indoor Volleyball - Played Monday nights at ACTS Athletic Centre 7-10

Season goes from October 4th - November 29th (winter to start in January)

Weather Policy:    All games will be played rain or shine (within reason). Games will only be cancelled because of the presence of lightning or prolonged periods of rain before the scheduled games (According to permit use). The decision to play or not, will be made by the Active Diversions on-site staff member. Failure to report to the field of play will result in a forfeit (when games are played). Games cancelled due to weather will not be rescheduled and no money will be refunded for missed games. 20 minutes of a game must be completed for it to count towards the standings.

Brief description of Ultimate Frisbee: Ultimate is a non-contact team sport. It is a mix of soccer, and football. The ultimate disk is advanced down the field by throwing. The participants are not allowed to run with the disk. The disc must then be thrown into the end zone and caught by a member of your team to score.
